Hi, I’m Nicole, a Toronto wedding photographer based in Mississauga, sharing elegant weddings, venue inspiration, and helpful planning tips for couples across the GTA.
If you’re searching for beautiful Mississauga wedding venues, there are so many lovely options to choose from. One of the things I love about weddings in Mississauga is how much variety there is here. You can find elegant waterfront estates, historic inns, classic banquet halls, and polished event spaces, all within the same city. Mississauga is also home to a mix of scenic photo locations, including lakeside areas and parks, which gives couples a lot of flexibility when planning their day. Harding Waterfront Estate is located on Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga, Glenerin Inn is a historic wedding venue in Mississauga, and Mississauga Grand is centrally located in Mississauga, which makes these all genuinely local options.
As a Mississauga wedding photographer, I always love working close to home and photographing weddings at venues that each have their own style and atmosphere. Some are perfect for couples who want an elegant and romantic setting, while others are ideal for larger celebrations or for couples who want a classic reception space with plenty of room for family and friends.
If you’re planning a wedding in Mississauga, here are a few venues I love and would absolutely recommend looking into.
Harding Waterfront Estate is one of my favourite Mississauga wedding venues. It has such a beautiful setting right by the lake, and it feels elegant, peaceful, and romantic all at once. The estate is located on the waterfront in Mississauga, and the venue includes both the estate and a glass pavilion, which gives couples a really beautiful mix of character and open event space. The pavilion can accommodate up to 240 seated guests according to the venue, which makes it a strong option for couples who want a scenic property without giving up reception flexibility.
What I love most about Harding Waterfront Estate is how naturally beautiful it is for photos. The grounds are lovely, the waterfront adds such a calm feel to the day, and it works especially well for couples who want a wedding that feels timeless and refined without being too formal.
It’s especially perfect for couples who want:

Glenerin Inn & Spa is such a lovely option for couples who want a wedding venue with historic charm and a more intimate, romantic feel. The venue describes itself as a historic Mississauga wedding venue, and one of the things that stands out most is its architecture, elegant décor, and scenic surroundings. The also have manicured grounds for photography, which is always something I notice as a photographer when thinking about how smoothly a wedding day can flow.
This venue has a softer, more classic atmosphere than a banquet hall, which makes it especially appealing for couples who want something warm, charming, and a little tucked away.
I’d especially recommend Glenerin for couples who want:
If you love the idea of a wedding day that feels personal, classic, and quietly beautiful, Glenerin Inn is definitely worth looking at. Check out a real Glenerin Inn and Spa wedding that I photographed by clicking here.

Mississauga Grand is a great choice for couples who want a polished, classic reception venue in a very convenient Mississauga location. The venue describes itself as centrally located in Mississauga and as a one-stop experience for weddings and events, which is something many couples and families really value when they want a smooth planning process. Their wedding materials also highlight intimate weddings from 90 to 150 guests, so it can be a strong fit for celebrations that are not tiny, but also not huge.
When I photographed a wedding at Mississauga Grand, we also took photos at Riverwood, near Visual Arts Mississauga, which is such a pretty option if you want greenery and a park setting for portraits. Wedding and group photographers do need a permit there, so it is worth planning ahead if you want to use that location.
This is a great fit for couples who want:

Crystal Grand Banquet Hall is a really good option for couples who are looking for an elegant banquet hall wedding in Mississauga. The venue describes itself as a family-operated boutique banquet hall and highlights its elegant event spaces, fine dining experience, and customizable wedding setting. It also offers multiple halls, which can be helpful depending on your guest count and wedding style.
What stands out about Crystal Grand is that it works well for couples who want a more formal reception atmosphere. If you’re drawn to chandeliers, a classic banquet hall look, and a celebration that feels more traditional, this is the kind of venue that can be a really nice fit.
It may be especially perfect for couples who want:

Mississauga Convention Centre is another strong option for couples who want a larger-scale wedding celebration in Mississauga. It’s known as a major event venue in the city and can appeal to couples planning a bigger guest list or a more grand reception style. If your wedding vision leans formal, polished, and spacious, a venue like this can be worth considering.
What I like about including a venue like this on a list is that not every couple wants the same thing. Some want an intimate inn or a waterfront estate, and some want a larger ballroom-style celebration with lots of room for guests, dancing, and a full evening event.
This may be a great fit for couples who want:
If you’re planning a larger wedding and want a venue in Mississauga that feels spacious and event-driven, this style of venue can be a great choice. Check out a real Mississauga Convention Centre wedding that I photographed by clicking here.
There are so many beautiful Mississauga wedding venues, but these are a few that really stand out to me. Each one offers something a little different, which is one of the reasons I love photographing weddings in this area.

Yes. Wedding and group photographers need a permit for photography in Riverwood Park, which is helpful to know if you’re planning portraits there near Visual Arts Mississauga.
