Patricia and Alex’s wedding at the Royal Botanical Gardens Rock Garden in Burlington, Ontario was the perfect celebration of spring and love. The Rock Garden is one of my favourite venues — I absolutely love it there. With its beautifully maintained grounds, scenic walking paths, and peaceful atmosphere, it offers an unforgettable setting for outdoor ceremonies and wedding photos.

Their spring wedding was timed perfectly with the full bloom of tulips and blossom trees. It felt like walking through a painting. The outdoor ceremony took place in the gardens surrounded by flowers, and the couple took advantage of all the beautiful photo spots around the property. It was a photographer’s dream.

Patricia got ready at a local Airbnb with soft neutral walls and an abundance of natural light — a perfect choice for getting ready photos. Alex got ready at a nearby location as well, and both prep spots offered a calm, happy start to their day.

The reception was held in the Rock Garden’s modern indoor space, which features soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gardens. As the sun set, the entire room was bathed in golden light — such a magical way to end the day.

Patricia and Alex are a sweet, thoughtful couple, and it was such a joy to capture their day. I wish them a lifetime of happiness together!
