Patricia and Alex’s Royal Botanical Gardens wedding at the Rock Garden was a beautiful spring celebration. The day felt romantic, peaceful, and full of colour. With tulips, blossom trees, and fresh spring greenery, the gardens created the perfect setting for their outdoor ceremony and wedding portraits.

The Rock Garden is one of my favourite places for wedding photos. It has scenic paths, layered garden views, historic stone details, and quiet corners that photograph beautifully. Because everything was blooming, the whole day felt soft, fresh, and full of life.

Patricia got ready at a nearby Airbnb with neutral walls and lots of natural light. It was a calm and pretty space for morning photos. Meanwhile, Alex got ready nearby, which helped the day feel relaxed from the start.

After their outdoor ceremony, we explored the gardens for portraits. Since there are so many photo locations within walking distance, we were able to create a gallery with lots of variety. From colourful spring flowers to peaceful garden paths, every part of the Rock Garden added something beautiful to their photos.

The reception took place inside the Rock Garden’s modern event space. The tall ceilings and large windows made the room feel bright and elegant. Later in the evening, the sunset filled the space with golden light, which was such a beautiful ending to their wedding day.
