There’s something about being by the water that is so perfect for a wedding. Christina and Ivan’s Argonaut Rowing Club wedding was right by the lake on a beautiful summer day. The setting was gorgeous and it was a day to remember.
Christina and Ivan are an amazing couple. They are so in love and they are both so much fun. Their reception was one of the most fun parties that I’ve ever attended, even though I just met most of the people! The MC’s were sisters and they were so hilarious that I think they could start their own stand up routine. The dance floor was so energetic that I couldn’t stop smiling. I could go on and on, but I’ll just let you check it out for yourself!
Check out Ivan and Christina’s cute dog Maple. He was all ready for the festivities with his blue bow tie!
After the getting ready, we headed to the Argonaut Rowing Club where Ivan and Christina did a first look on the dock. It was a great location for a first look and it was also fun because a big boat of rowers passed by and wished them congratulations. It was definitely a day filled with good vibes!
The area beside the Argonaut Rowing Club is a great location for photos. It’s also very easy since you don’t have to travel anywhere else.
The reception room at the Argonaut Rowing club is great for weddings. It’s flooded with natural light and the white walls make it the perfect blank canvas for whatever decor you want. I loved how the green and red really popped in the reception room.
We did a few sunset portraits of Christina and Ivan around the venue. The wind was getting strong and picking up Christina’s dress. It was reminding me a bit of the movie Titanic:)
These two ladies were the MC’s and they were so good at the job. They kept the reception entertaining from start to finish.
